What is your minimum charge?
Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 30 minute units.
Are there any surprise costs?
No surprises. Our labour rates are fixed and transparent so you know exactly what you'll be paying before we carry out any work.
Do you charge VAT?
Not at.the moment as we are non VAT
Parking and Congestion Charge ?
We do add on any parking and congestion charges to the rate . But we only charge the local council rates .
Do you charge a call out fee?
NO you only pay for time spent on site.
Do you provide free quotes?
We can provide free 'no obligation' quotes and estimates for your Heating & plumbing work.
Do you have emergency plumber costs?
Our emergency plumbers are 24/7 and depending the time of service, we charge a tiered hourly rate which you can see above.
Are your prices for qualified professionals?
Yes, our team are all qualified professional plumbers to UK standards.
